Tiny Tot Bundles Return Policy

We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • Shoes MUST NOT HAVE BEEN WORN
  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

We currently offer store credit or exchanges for items of equal valueno refunds will be issued.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send or exchange your item.
Please note: Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Clearance / final sale items

  • Toys and books

  • Teethers and pacifiers

  • Swimwear

  • Bibs and feeding items

  • Accessories (such as hair bows or hats)

  • Gift cards

We appreciate your understanding on these exclusions.


Store Credit

Once your return is received and approved, you’ll receive a store credit issued as a digital or physical gift card or an exchange authorization within 5–10 business days.

Store credits never expire and can be used in-store or online.

Tiny Tot Bundles Hold Policy

We understand you may need a little time before purchasing — and we’re happy to help with short-term holds when possible.

Hold Time Limit

We will hold items for a maximum of 24 hours only.
After 24 hours, the item will be placed back on the sales floor or made available online to other customers.

Additional Details

  • Holds are available only on in-stock items.

  • No extensions beyond 24 hours will be granted.

  • After the 24-hour period, we cannot re-guarantee item availability.
